This also encourages the positive energy to flow into your body and helps you stay in the present.
Meditation is a tool that helps calm your mind and clears away the clutter inside your head.
Take a simple, 3-minute heart meditation at set intervals every day. This keeps you stable and helps you not to get overwhelmed by the energies you pick up from your surroundings.
By having a stable spirit, you’ll feel much stronger and more in control of your own feelings.
